The team Sir Alex leaves will be raring to go under any manager

When the news of  Sir Alex's retirement at the end of the season broke, names like Mourinho, Klopp and the eventual successor Moyes, were all brought forward, many were debating which manager could continue the success of arguably the greatest manager to have ever graced the game. But the truth was that none can do what Sir Alex does did for the team... From maintaining the team to man managing the team to rebuilding the team; these qualities are what sets him apart as the greatest manager in the history of the game. Fergie almost single-handedly made United into the biggest brands in the sport...

And now people tell me he can be replaced, I don't think so... Talk about his 38 trophies in over 27 years at United. This man deserves his place in the history books and words cannot describe his achievements in the game. In those 27 years at United, we've seen Sir Alex build teams from the Cantona era to the Team that won the Treble in 1999, to the 2008 team that won the double.

Sir Alex built his team gradually, from an unknown prospect to a World beater (from Solskjaers to the Chicharitos), he is also known to be an admirer of youth from the Giggs (last of the Fergie fledglings) to the Welbecks and Cleverleys of now. He instills in them the never say die attitude, he teaches them to be versatile, flexible, and many more qualities that sets United apart from other club sides.

The just-concluded season has seen further developments of this young players, after signing De Gea, Jones the previous season mixed with other highly rated young players at the club. Fergie was on the verge of creating another group of the so-called "Fergie Fledglings" and after closely fighting for the title, but narrowly losing it on mare goal-difference... Yes, it was heart wrecking But, a lesson well learned for the up-coming players; the future of Manchester United. Fergie, as expected, challenged them to be better in the future; before making a statement signing in Robin van Persie that he felt he needed to make; Together with the signing of van Persie, in came Kagawa, another established player and a Bundesliga champion, before making other purchases for the future; "we always look at the future," Fergie says everytime he sign a young player...

We regrouped and started the season well, showing signs of determination, United played with Improvements and we won the league a month earlier with four matches to play. His was a perfect send-off and he will be leaving these players full of confidence, who are finally showing the potential they always had. #ThankYouSirAlex trending worldwide.

Any manager who takes charge of this team needs to inherit it, not replace it..., I say this because, for example: managers who go to club and change the Team, bringing in players of their own choice, some of them fail, some of them get replaced (changes made at Liverpool, they bought Caroll 35m, but got shipped out when the new coach didn't want him) I hope this doesn't happen to us with Moyes.

Any manager who takes over from Ferguson would succeed, cause he would be taking over an already made team, Fergie has already built a team raring to go; next season and according to Gary Neville in a recent interview, next season will be the season the young players come of age; It will be their third season together. Their first season they showed promise but they lost the title, their second season they improved and showed more promise, and won the league... But its next season they will hope to establish themselves as world-class players under a new manager: David Moyes! All he needs do is to get his tactics right and hopefully we will do a treble. This team (club) is a perfect parting gift from Fergie to us the fans.

So we the United faithful say #ThankYouSirAlex and have a wonderful retirement.
